Motivation. I want to make fitness a part of your lifestyle. I also want to add energy and creativity to your workout. So many of us get bored with the same routine day to day – believe me, I know the drill. You come home from work and all you want to do is get something to eat, watch your favorite television show and veg out on the sofa. Or, maybe you put your family needs before your own personal health. As a mother, don’t we owe it to our children to stay healthy? What if you’re on the road all week with your job – how do you incorporate fitness into a busy work schedule?
My one-on-one personal training program gives you the extra motivation and instruction to help you move quickly and safely towards your goal, while incorporating fitness into your daily health routine. And yes, I’ve been known to give my clients a phone call if they need an extra pick me up. Sometimes, we go on spontaneous outings and have been known to celebrate a birthday or two. Remember; let’s keep it creative.

- Weight loss training – I approach weight loss in a “real life” method. Your nutrition is day to day and 365 days a year so choose wisely. I know birthdays and holidays can test your will power, but together we can devise a plan that allows you to be a part of these special occasions and still lose weight and feel successful.
