You come home from work and all you want to do is get something to eat, watch your favorite television show and veg out on the sofa. Or, maybe you put your family needs before your own personal health. As a mother, don’t we owe it to our children to stay healthy? My one-on-one personal training program gives you the extra motivation and instruction to help you move quickly and safely towards your goal, while incorporating fitness into your daily health routine. And yes, I’ve been known to give my clients a phone call if they need an extra pick me up. Sometimes, we go on spontaneous outings and have been known to celebrate a birthday or two.
