Dear Friend,

As a personal trainer, fitness guru, presenter, teacher, business owner and mother, I believe in leading by example. Personal training is more than helping someone rack weights, count backwards and do sit-ups. Forget the “Cookie Cutter Approach.” Personal training is a chance to truly touch an individual’s life by helping them make positive life changes in both health and fitness while avoiding injury. I caught the fitness bug early on - around 8 years old believe it or not. I would join my mother in our basement and exercise to Joanie Greggin’s aerobic and toning vinyl album. Yes, I said vinyl. Since that time, I've helped everyone from athletes with sports injuries to new moms - weight loss patients to Peachtree Road Race enthusiasts. I'm energetic, committed and fun. And yes, I've been known to call my clients for friendly fitness reminders - I'll even find a workout partner for you for team training.
